Privacy notice
This notice explains how Avyi Co. uses the personal details you share through this website. Avyi Co. is the trading name of Nyree-Dawn Adams, a sole trader based in Essex, UK. I am the data controller for your information.
What I collect
When you use the contact form, I collect your name, email address, organisation (if you give it) and the details you write about your project. I don't use analytics, advertising trackers or marketing cookies on this site.
Why I use it
I use your details only to reply to your enquiry and, if we decide to work together, to plan and deliver your project. The lawful basis is my legitimate interest in responding to enquiries, and taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.
Who else sees it
Your message is sent by email through my website hosting provider. I don't sell or share your details with anyone else for marketing.
How long I keep it
If we don't go on to work together, I keep enquiry emails for no longer than two years. If we do work together, project and financial records are kept for six years, as required for tax purposes.
Cookies
When you send the contact form, the site sets one short-lived technical cookie that helps prevent spam. It is deleted when you close your browser and isn't used to track you.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information I hold about you, or object to how I use it. Email hello@avyico.com and I'll respond within one month.
If you're unhappy with how I've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
